Yes it is, no offense intended. Anything below 60% gaming benchmark is not going to give the gamer excellent performance and excellent display viewing on their monitors. BUT! Just for grins I ran the benchmark on my other computer, a laptop purchased Nov. 2019. It was never meant to be a gaming rig and I've never installed PG on it though I play other games from Steam on it.
