We did Alan, we then tried every tick we know but I couldn't get past the splash screen even though 100% load was showing.

Yes we had that issue also but because CharlieB didn't hit before I rebooted. Also, I made sure I hit end game and returned with an invite from Charlie. PITA I know and too bad because it was a fun tourney except for this problem.

suggested we no longer use it for any kind of tourney play.

Well, that was problematic this week, can't be helped as I remember this played fine in single player a while back. Think we had to exit, roll back, resume etc about 4 maybe 5 times, but we muddled through....onto next week!

just rolled back another 6 players so if you were caught up you can now move forward and I will be checking this multi-times per day till
it is over. I had to roll back me and my partner's 4th round 4 times just to get the tourney finished.
to get back cancel the resume button on the first page and the one that set needs to go back to the tourney page and start from there
when that player is all the way in the other player needs to join them via the lobby list of players. left-click on their name and hit join game in the dropdown. we here at PGLS are sorry for all the issues but it is just one of those things that you don't find out till it is too late
so I have been spending a lot of time checking the API for teams that have needed the rollbacks.
have fun and finish if you need to, and if you get stuck again please post in this thread and someone will get it rolled back.
