I believe PP had severed all server connections with their last patch a year ago. Game has always used Steam to setup peer to peer connections. Their sever access was primarily for purchases and game authentication. All issues now would be do to Steam or some other related networking problems.

Every time the multiplayer is down, the PP forum is also down simultaneously.
It seems like something is def still going through PP, no?

Maybe the forum somehow uses the Steam network? Only times I have connection issues now is either Steam or my IP had been down.

When the Perfect Parallel website goes down some players have a hell of a job opening PG. Players who can open it do still see the PGLS tournies which has been the case since Andrew made some changes to PG ...
