Trifecta round 2

Happened again. Not sure which hole, but hit into water off tee, froze, exit and resume back on tee, no penalty shown at end of round. Need docking a shot. Cheers, Joe.

Sorry Joe, I can only remove penalty strokes unless you have video evidence of this.

I think he wants us to ADD a penalty stroke to his round.
