In stableford final round 18th hole i hit my 2nd shot to green short and almost went in the water, i got no post screen so i backed out and restarted, receiving 1 penalty stroke....fair enough....but upon restart i hit 2nd shot just off green then chipped in for 5points(lucky).....4 points with penalty....however i recon if id gotten the post screen then took "as it lies" then the best i would have got would be a birdie for 2 points....so i think fares fare and you should take 2 points off my round 4 score.....1 point penalty isnt enough for stable sometimes....
