Is the Perfect Parallel forum shut down?

is the Perfect Parallel forum shut down? I'm trying to learn how to make courses, so I made a new user there, confirmed my email...... but I cant make any new posts anywhere?

If you google Course forge tutorial perfect parallel you should be able to access the mike Jones video tutorials without an ID that walk you through the very basics.
