Starting this month (August), I will be picking courses for both Divisions & Pair9 based on the theme of Chasing the Grand Slam based on historical Majors.
This means week 1 will be the Masters at Augusta, week 2 is the US Open, week 3 is the Open Championship, week 4 is the PGA Championship, and week 5 is a fifth Major picked from Presidents Cup or Ryder Cup venues. The following courses and formats will be used for the next 5 months.
August:
September:
October:
November:
December:
Each week the top scorer among all divisions (including ties) wins the Major of that week. At the end of the month if a player has won all 5 Majors that month then they also win the Grand Slam. The following month, everything restarts new. I'll present the running results in the Forum under the Cup results thread.
All other aspects of Division play still applies.

Re: Divisions & Division Pair9
I stopped this awhile ago.
I may have some new head-to-head match play ideas to bounce off you guys in the coming months.
I'm getting close to retiring so I may have time to 'cook up" some new formats.

Head-to-head match play format would be great! Good luck with retirement and new ideas for the troops! Retirement is great - now in my 20th year away from the corporate wars! :-)

I would just like to say I may be using some of these for the PG classics. Please take note of the current PG Classics so we don.t end up with doubles.

I gotta agree that changing formats weekly is far better.
But hey ho always someone not happy.
