Issue traced to Hole 8 pin position 3 being faulty.
Round 2 now loads. Course notes updated to include the above issue.

Just checked and the pin position for hole 8 round 2 is number 2 so don't know why this would be a problem. Also noted 3 others have played round 2 so far and no problems reported by them.
