Just finished the 4th round on Augusta with a par putt on the 18th. The score was not submitted, so I putted that last hole again. Still no record.
Am I going to be confronted with 1 or 2 penalty strokes due to this mishap?

No... it sounds like this may be linked to the problem that Cestrian was also facing. We are looking into it urgently.

Problems we were experiencing with our database have now been resolved.
