Why isn't anyone showing up as on line in the game?

I believe the game will always be able to be played in its current state....not having the server just means no lobby players visable...games a bit laggy too...

Players that join PGLS have always had to add their Steam ID to be able to take part in the PGLS tournies. Without it they can't even see the tournies in-game.
Players aren't required to add their Steam ID if they have no intention of playing the PGLS tournies, for example, to just download the courses.
