My own opinion is I think it is time for a new monitor as 75 htz is low for a game. But each to there own.
Why do I need higher than 75hz, when I use VR and flight sims the most? I rarely play games on my monitor. The exceptions are Perfect Golf, Links 2003 and couple of adventure titles. Even then, I mostly use 60hz as my 3090 can't push more than that. 75, 90 and 144hz are mostly for gamers that spend a lot of time and effort into multiplayers FPS games where you need minimum latency.

That could be because of the excessive amount of 3D grass. Or rather that hey are planted so close together, it looks like there are many more grass straws than needed for a nice look.
Since I upgraded my graphic card I dont have any 3D grass course going below 60 FPS on Ultra High except for this course, where the frame rate is 35-40
