Trying to play my round 3 of PGLS Open and it keeps giving me round 2 to play it want advance to round 3, this also happened to me last week. Help please.

The PGLS Open only allows you to play the first 2 rounds prior to the cut happening on the 15th.

Assuming you qualify you can play rounds 3 & 4 on or after the 15th until the 28th.
