The On-Core Caliber ball (which features 10% less dispersion, but also 10% less distance) is available to purchase through the Perfect Parallel Pro Shop, and is a one-time $1 purchase.
It does not appear to show up in the in-game Pro Shop, so best to visit http://social.perfectparallel.com/proshop.php to make the purchase. The site requires you to log in to Steam via your browser.

You must also remember if PP goes down then the choice of ball becomes avant only until pp is back up, i have played numerous rounds with avant ball on tour without realising that it has defaulted back to avant, which is a bit annoying when i'm not 100% at it at certain times.
