Got Steam uninstalled, and then reinstalled. Can't get past this:
Far as I know, I don't have a "Mobile Authenticator"
In addition, in uninstalling Steam, I also inadvertently deleted the JNPG game.

I think you will find the act of uninstalling Steam also removes any Steam games.In addition, in uninstalling Steam, I also inadvertently deleted the JNPG game.

Finally was able to get to Steam Support and they confirmed my account was hacked.
Changed my email address and password, and all seems to be back in order... Thanks to Steam Support!
