Trying to Start PairUp 9 Tournament

Trying to Start PairUp 9 Tournament
I just joined PGLS a few days ago because of the Real Timers Club. Skunky and I have been trying to play in the Pair Up tourney. I set up the round, Skunky joins and we both click Ready but the Start button remains inactive. We assume it is because we do not register for the tourney but I haven't been able to figure out how to do that. Under PGLS Participation I notice that the Pair Up is below the other tournies and I have the Yes option clicked on. Any help would be much appreciated.

For PairUp 9 tournaments, make sure you are both wearing the same color shirt, that is the key,
