I agree with Andy on this.
A lot of courses don't have valid indexes which we have to mark as such to prevent them being used in the handicapped PG Classics.

Most non-giant killer tiebreakers would have to be done by hand anyway. I don't mind doing this if the rule makes sense.
Could apply the same match play rule but work backward from hole #9 (or 18) until the tie is broken. I would like to hear from more of participants.
