Played the second round of Skilz and when I got to the 18th, my first shot was 20 feet away, and my second shot was 8 feet away. I got a score of 307.

I agree your shot is 8 feet away and on the green.
However what doesn't make any sense is that your video shows you playing Timid Branch which is Rounds 1 & 3 only but you then show a screenshot of Round 2 which is Southampton Links. Southampton Links is Rounds 2 & 4 only.
