Is it me or is there an issue with this file? I can download the zip and it says 189 NB, bu after unzipping all I get is an empty folder.

I just downloaded it and it extracts just fine with the required 4 files within the folder.

Thanks Mark. Although a mystery to me...
EDIT. Solved: Copied the "empty" Hyde Park folder to the PG/Courses folder and the game recognized the 4 files although I could not see them in the folder
