Possible PS AGAIN

It happened again .meter stuck.got ken to share screen on skype so he could see what I reported earlier.I have waited 2-3 hrs for you or mike to appear in forum.Cant wait any longerI hope i wont get a PS.I cant afford 6-7 PS each week like this.If it cannot be resolved in my favour I will have to discontinue PGLs.Its unacceptable to me.
