56 PLAYERS BATTLE FOR THE PRIZE OF WGC MATCHPLAY CHAMPION OF 2018
PGLS is pleased to present the opportunity for its members to take part in a membership-wide matchplay competition, alongside the world's best players who will be battling it out this weekend.
The matchplay battle is a shortened version of matchplay, making it easier for all to fit into their busy playing schedules. Played over the Back 9 at Trump National Ferry Point, the event has now opened, alongside our usual tour events, and will remain active until completion.

Matches are played with players using the assigned level of play as assessed by PGLS to make members of differing abilities closer to each other in competition. To see your level of play, look at your Personal Profile Page at http://pgls.golfladders.co.uk/forums/personal_page.php where the level is shown alongside your name at the top of the page.
To make initial contact with your opponent, find their name in the following list and use the link beside it to send a message via PGLS.
Do not panic if you do not get an immediate answer. The event is due to run across the whole weekend, and matches are quickly played once you have made arrangements.
Matches auto-report their results, and a template for the event can be found in your TOURNAMENTS area, under PUBLIC (Scroll down to find it). The host will use the template, and the other player will join via JOIN GAME or via INVITE.
Good luck, and make sure you visit the admin team in the PGLS Meet & Greet chatroom to get help with any issues you run into.
One final note... bear in mind our membership covers virtually every timezone on the planet, and so please be as flexible as possible about playing what should be just a 30 minute match or so. Please be patient and polite in all communications. We don't want to see anyone miss out through being withdrawn!
