I'm new here so confusion is stil the order of the day.
I have only played 3 rounds since joining about 4 days ago as my time has been spent downloading all 300+ courses.
Therein lies my question.
One of the matches I joined was Bethesda CC and it all went off with no problem until today when I again went to join a match at Bethesda and it said I didn't have the course, except it was in my Steam folder?
I quickly purchased it and could then join the match. Indeed, the game showed that I had purchased this course.
The chap I was playing with isn't a member of PGLS so the only thing I could think was that in some way the Bethesda CC course I got from the PGLS course library only works with other members of PGLS and if I want to play any of those courses with non-PGLS members I have to purchase them?
Something else. Earlier, when looking at the multiplayer section of JN Perfect Golf, there was a match at Augusta which I couldn't join as not only don't I have the course I didn't even know there was one available. I have googled but can find nothing so can anyone please tell me where this course is available from?

The Augusta course like all of the courses are available from the main menu above by clicking on "Courses".
In there you can select courses by "Beta", "Real", "Fictional" and by "Course Designer" which I recently added.
Bethesda CC is a course you purchase directly with Perfect Parallel. Once purchased it should be in your courses folder. It is irrelevant whether you play it here or anywhere else.

Note the link takes you directly to the purchase page at Perfect Parallel and if you have already purchased it don't do so again.
Can I also point out that you have not added yourself to any ladders or tournies here.

Re: Jack Nicklaus Perfect Golf and PGLS
Thank you for the prompt reply.
I had installed the course finder into my Steam courses folder but it obviously missed the Augusta one, thnx for the link.
I think I didn't explain clearly enough although as I have now purchased the course it doesn't really matter. I had downloaded Bethesda CC from your site and played on it the day before I tried to play on it again and was told I didn't have it.
I have every intention of joining the ladders but first I need to be more familiar with the game here as I don't want to be in a position of stumbling all over the smooth running of what happens here.
Like in just about everything we do there is the initial period of confusion until all becomes familiar and there is a lot to take in before I can make a contribution to the proceedings but I like what I'm seeing.
