Pair Up?
The scores may be unrealistic, or even a joke but heyho, that's what we got.

Play well and enjoy your game everyone! :drinks:

btw, not a game for snowflakes.

Is it even possible to have a tourney set up like that? where you have to play with someone else in order to have your score registered....

I play most of my pga18 with Perc and really enjoy it.......I understand time constraints is an issue but Terry is right, golf is a social game and players should make more of an effort...

Yes mark it was set up on WGTLS for all tour events. The game is meant to be fun and not a solo quest to win at all costs. The best rounds now are the alt games where guys have a laugh. Surely people can find time to do 2 rounds with someone playing with them. It would help the lesser players to see how the top guys go about shooting low scores and maybe get more in the m&g. Im not a great fan of the idea that people play solo because playing with someone else disrupts their timing well if they are good they should be able to adjust. Surely playing a pga9 in 10 min solo cant be fun?

Yup, I'm all for this proposal. The same idea was instigated in the JN6 community I used to belong to - a minimum of 2 rounds out of 4 to be played with another player(s). Surely not too much to ask?! It would also be interesting to compare the 'solo' round scores to the 'non-solo' round scores. How about a vote on the issue?

Wouldn't make a difference to these solo players you're on about terry because they just wouldn't enter the event would they if they had to play 2 rds with other players

I tried to embrace the multi-player game a year ago, and I found the stutters were so bad it was virtually unplayable. I have never had a problem with any other application online. Yet I was met with comments that i was the problem for the stutters, not many people put themselves forward to play with me, I feel because of this assumption. I just gave up coming to M&G. I have since gone wired with the internet not long after this, but haven't bothered trying again, really didn't feel that welcome on here for multiplayer to be honest.

True and if that happens you will see a small leader-board. I've seen it before.

I'm not here to make waves just a simple question.

Why is it that I choose to play solo so offending to others?

Good question as players can play the tournies how they want.

A lot of this I believe stems from certain players not trusting how other players manage to get the scores they do when playing solo. It is not for us to decide how players play our tournies.
