Is there any way of identifying Out of Bounds areas if the course designer doesn't put white posts in ? I've gone OB on 2 holes at Milleridge without realising it until after the event. It would have been helpful to have had some way of identifying the potential trouble before I hit my shots !

No I don't think there is.
All OOB areas should be marked accordingly.

Re: Out of Bounds
It would be helpful if all course designers marked OOB's. Last nights MWC course Solitude Links even had the OOB's areas marked with a fence, very helpful.
