How do I choose the round I want to play?

Started the Tough Stuff 9 (brutal..but fun). Read the rules first. It says rounds do not have to be played in order. When I clicked the public tab for Tough Stuff 9 in JNPG, the course came up, but there was no option to choose a round. What am I doing wrong, please? Thank you.

You can only play a round "out of turn" if you join another person playing the round.

eg, I've played round 1, but want to play round 2. You can join my game and play round 2 without playing round 1.

Hang on, under Tournies tab, I remember there is Round Selector at the bottom. Not tried it myself, but I think you choose an event that's open then the round you want.

Check the instructions.

Went to check it out. Here is a screenshot. Don't see a round selector thingy. Thanks for the replies.
