scoring issue

So, I just finished the first round of the Open and all was well until somewhere between 16 and 18. I eagled hole 18 to shoot -12 and then I got the score board shown in the screenshot below:

Hopefully there is enough of a log so that I don't lose this round. Too many rounds and not enough time...

Time 7 pm cent time, if this happened just a few minutes ago I will attest something funny was going on with steam
as I had just finished a tourney round and all of a sudden I could get no tourneys to show up I had to log out of the game and i tried again
got a prompt about the game not being able to sync the files so I had to log off again, log off of steam and when I came back and logged back on the game all was good so Scott may have been caught up in whatever the burp was that happened to steam at that time.

I have had similar problems before and found that when I close that screen and exit out, once I go back in and select that same tournament again it will show as RESUME. Then when I go back in I find myself somewhere on the last hole again and a few times even 2 or 3 holes still to complete. Don't know if it's a glitch in the game or an temporary issue with Steam

I'm showing a resume for you on Hole 18 in the PGLS Open. However the in-game leaderboard shows the following ...

2nd from bottom as "Thru 16" and the fact you couldn't see the in-game leaderboard usually indicates some kind of disconnect has occurred.

When you open PG it's likely to resume from Hole 18 but the scoring will catch up but apologies about the eagle on 18

CharlieB and I finished round 4 PGA9 around 4:35pm PST yesterday and went to leaderboard with nothing showing which meant steam was down. It came back about 8 minutes later and we had to resume and both had to redo starting with our second shots on hole 9. This happens more often then we would like but not much you can do about it.

I finally finished the round and when I did the game started me on No. 17 tee box. For whatever reason, I was given a penalty stroke. I thought end/resumes didn't do that if it happened on the tee?
