New Clubs coming Tomorrow

Post by Greensboronclion »

Well my new machine arrives tomorrow and I hope to return to your Friday. The old beast has not been scrapped and I will eventually get it worked on and maybe change the graphic card out which appears to be the problem but for now I got a laptop that I can take on the road with me when we travel. Always wanted a gaming laptop and nothing fancy but more than enough to play this game and the others I have and more power than I have now. Had a GTX 760 in my desktop and I3-4130 and going to upgrade both items once the virus problem is over. Looking forward to playing again.

Greens,

I've got a GTX 970 4Mb (box also) I could send you. I had it paired with an i7 4790 and it worked very well in PG. I upgraded to a GTX 1660 Ti awhile ago and saw ~50% increase in FPS.

I could send it to you to try out, see how it pairs with a new CPU, then tell me if you want it.

Thanks for the offer John and it's appreciated. I am going away from Nvidia this time and going to try one of the AMD when I switch. Hearing a lot of good things about them and went that way with the laptop. The FPS on the new AMD and Nvidia are so much better than what they use to be especially the AMD. Again thanks and have a great day.
