Playing hole 8

I was putting and left the ball short of the hole, within 12 inches. Went to tap it in and the meter stuck and the hole locked up.

Only thing I could do was leave the game and resume.

I do not believe I should have been penalized as it was a game glitch that I had to leave and resume.
