Anomaly at the Crow's Nest

Playing the first round, hit into the right side bunker on hole #13, the par 3. Splashed out, only had the player view, and the screen came up with no option other than to rehit. i figured it rolled into the penalty area, so I played the shot in reverse and the ball clearly came to rest on the green, well inside the red stakes where I could probably have 2 putted. So I rehit, and made a triple bogey 6 instead of a bogey 4 if I had had the option to putt the first shot.
