Divisions at Lewes Manor

Mark,

Had problems with the Divisions, back 9, hole 16 at Lewes Manor.

Hit t-shot in fairway and was sent back to tee for shot 2, but no way to proceed. I exited and resumed to shot 1 on the tee. Played out hole to birdie 3.

I think the restart penalty should be lifted for this case.
