Playing with a Recorded Round?

Post by Mailman »

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before but could not find it in the search function.

Is it possible to tee up with someone else's Recorded Round (.REC file) in tournament play? So I have just finished my 3rd round at Cape Fear and saved the REC round and am wondering if one of my chums can tee it up in Round 3 playing alongside my finished effort if I send him the .REC file? :hmmm:

Yes just played with Vainte's REC round from tough stuff 9. Trouble is there is seemingly no way to add the REC round in at the pre-game screen via the PUBLIC tournament tab. It seems that the only way to play with a REC round is via the SOLO Round tab. But then your score does not get uploaded to the site. Another problem was obvious as well. Although I was matching the conditions, there is no way to match the wind direction used in the REC round.

Well I tried and seemingly failed. The only way you can be sure of playing the same conditions( esp Wind direction) is to play MULTIPLAYER!

I did check out the PP site and found a post I had made some years ago.

We could not do it then either.

Thanks all.
