NEWBE
Hello,
Entered my 1st tournament on PGLS yesterday ( PG Classics - Ballyhack ). Downloaded course zip file here, opened and stored files on my external drive with other course files but Ballyhack did not show up when entering game. However I was successfully entered in the PG Classics tournament. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Louie

Re: NEWBE
You don't mention whether you have Steam and PG installed on your external drive. I don't run Steam from an external drive, so I am not much help if this is how you have set things up. However, if you are running Steam and PG on an internal drive, I believe you have to install the course in the course folder on that drive. On my computer, I have Steam installed on my C Drive.
Attached is the file directory that shows where the course folder and files for Ballyhack are located on mine. I don't know if this will help you or not.

Hi Dirt2turf
Welcome to the PGLS community. We hope you have lots of enjoyment in the game.. Its important when downloading courses that the course is downloaded to your COURSE file within PERFECT Golf and within Steam....My PC/programme386/steam/steamapps/Common/perfectgolf/courses..is the route you need to take....If not sure have a seach of the pgls forums.

Thanks to Charlie, Seasider47 and Perculator for your responses to my issue. All of you quickly led to me to the solution. I just wasn't completely familiar with the Steam folder and the " Common " folder was the missing link. Cheers

To help out with the courses take a look at the PGLS 'PG Courses Checker Utility' software I wrote ...

It took me a minute to figure out what you are referring to, then I noticed the folder by that name in my attachment. I have some video tutorials for using Adobe Lightroom and they came with a handful of bonus videos; I enjoy photography and I use Lightroom for post-production.Briso wrote: Mon Dec 07, 2020 6:44 pm Hey Charlie,
What goodies have you got in your Bonus Videos folder?
