Nvidia control panel

Manage 3d settings , program setting.
A while ago someone posted about a patch of some sort to use in the nvidia control panel.
It worked great, made the game look sharper and better visually.
I had to do a system reboot tried seaching cant find the post.
Searched both here and PG forum as im not sure where it was posted.
Thanks for any help i think Dave might have posted not 100% sure .
