This has happened again and I know I am not the only one, Biffa knows what I am talking about.
The problem is that sometimes I will swing and when I 3rd click the avatar turns 90 degrees and fires the shot into hell knows where. After it happened again today I tried to think of what was causing it (me or PG).
I use a multi monitor setup, the monitor that I play PG on is on the left and the 2nd is on the right. I also play in window mode so my mouse easily slides between the monitors. As we clickers know, the meter is on the right side of the screen. Another thing, on my 3rd click I have a tendency to slide the mouse violently to the right side, especially if I over swing. I am wondering if perhaps my big slide to the right on 3rd click is somehow registering in the other monitor. I do recall when I have had this problem that I was usually trying to over swing.
(LATER)
Ok, I decided to try and replicate problem with the above in mind. Could not do it. So I guess it's back on PG. I was kind of hoping it was something I was doing so I could fix it. Any other clickers have this problem?

Re: 3 Click problem
Not a great deal of experience of the 3-click swing, but even if you are not sliding all the way over to another monitor, but instead are 'shifting' sideways enough to take you outside of the 'active' swing area, that could do it.
It seems odd though that aiming is still active once a swing is in progress, but that could be something to do with the ability to 'de-select' in the dot below to cancel a poor swing.

Re: 3 Click problem
Try disabling the 2nd monitor to test.
Monitor may have to be disconnected from the PC rather than just powered off as it may still be detected.

Re: 3 Click problem
This is caused by a slight jerk of the mouse on the Snap-click. You'll notice that you are moving the mouse just as you click. We've all done this as 3clickers and it happens most on over-swings. I always recommend a soft cover on a neoprene mouse-pad for 3clickers, the mouse will not slide so easily during the Snap.Perculator wrote:This has happened again and I know I am not the only one, Biffa knows what I am talking about.

Good luck!

Re: 3 Click problem
This as also happened to myself. I aim my curser (by habit and perhaps not the best thing to do) at the base of the meter on the snap line, so that as the meter descends i can hopefully click on the snap line. Occasionally when over swing happens I too have found my ball shooting of to the right, but discovered this only happens when in desperation I move my mouse right and as I click outside of the area, so I attribute the area to my actions and not the problem of PG
