Its' been impossible to help remotely as I play with Mouse

He is on my friends list - problem is that the pop up to join requires the mouse to click on the popup at the bottom right, which requires app switching to desktop to get the mouse at all (he uses controller in PG)

Yeah, games still not showing up the normal way -- had to jump through hoops to do the invite (real pain for a controller user)

Every time the multiplayer is down, the PP forum is also down simultaneously.
It seems like something is def still going through PP, no?
