I find it hilarious that guys like you even give those top guys a sniff ... face it, you will never, ever get close, no matter what point system is in use. Suck it up and pick some guys around you to compete with. For example, I love to beat you .... lol, does not happen every week, but you are one of my targets. Deal with it and stop complaining. Or, may I suggest The Golf Club?

Well, Les, I have to disagree, I was only suggesting it for the PG disenchanted. Sorry to see you go, by the way.

Yeah, have to disagree too. Though the other game has positives over JNPG in many areas (eye candy and a career of sorts), the core actually game play leaves a lot to be desired and that's where JNPG shines over it.

How can you putt using Mouse swing at 45 degree angle (the line in the swing meter) and the putt hardly deviates from the straight line..on a straight putt, lmao. I can make pretty curvy line on most shots and ball goes fairly where it was intended, all about tempo, get that spot on and you'll score well. As for short game...I got better things to do than go into that.

So yeah, if you've had enough of this game, try that one and we'll see you back at some point.

But, back to the topic....nice to see Stableford finishers increase using the new points method over the previous week, nice to see folks giving it a go. Tough task this week with jspirate hitting the magic 50!! but all can just try to focus on making improvements, keeping those bogies and doubles off the card.

Good luck everyone.
The scores may be unrealistic, or even a joke but heyho, that's what we got.

Play well and enjoy your game everyone! :drinks:

btw, not a game for snowflakes.

Glad you pointed out Terry, would have taken me a few holes to wonder why my ball was flying further, lol.

I will say the new point system sure makes you think more about making a bird then just a par. Adds an additional challenge and frustration but would anyone really play this game if it was easy?

What swing meter?

Pretty easy once you practice, bit difficult for you hardened 3 clickers or non golfers.

Some players like to play both games i see a great deal of players from PG on there to including Domino, Dace to name a couple, i will still be playing PG but right now im having a break from it as im thoroughly enjoying the other game. The courses are magnificent and theres about 170000 of them and not one to download. Game is pretty cool once you get the tempo right . Each to his own. :drinks: :good:

I'll rename you Les "The Qouter" Souter

Indeed, each to their own.

Back on the thread, you are right Alan, exactly the idea. Can you make a birdie, is it worth the risk of a bogey or worse for those extra points, or is a solid par the safe option and look for better options....but what is everyone else doing!!! ?

If it was easy, many would get bored and stop playing.

Things to consider about your skills, computer and mouse performance. You cannot score well (period) on a low-end machine, too many hiccups.

As for a person's skills, breaking bad habits means better scores. Others will explain.

The "mood factor"
. If a player wants to do well in a tourmanet but is not focused remember this addage: (don't play when you're blasé ).
