So I'm having sound issue's in the game when on my headset and on Skype I can hear and talk but I get no in game sounds, If I disconnect the head set and use just my speaker's I can hear in game sounds, Looking for a solution

Think this is pretty easy: Skype uses your headset by default as it has a mic + speakers. The game uses the system setting at Windows start. So just check which sound device windows starts by default. See picture. I have the same problem at times :)
