How to install courses

I can't find a way to install a downloaded course. I have the zip file but no idea how to import it. Any help would be appreciated.

There should be one folder in the .zip file. Copy that folder to your Courses directory, probably C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Perfect Golf\Courses.

Thanks. I will do that. Right now I can't play any courses tho cause this is what i get...

ok, I downloaded sedgefield course, extracted and put in the courses folder and it doesn't show up when I try to do a solo round.
There are a lot of courses in that folder but hardly any show up in the game.
I tried running as administrator in compatibility mode (win 8) with the same result.
Sorry to be such a newbie. :)

A cleanly installed Perfect Golf installs 33 courses and therefore there should be that number showing in the PG carousel.

Try verifying your game files ...

I have a feeling you are extracting all the files from the initial course folder.
All you need to do after the download is unzip to the main folder then copy the folder to the correct directory.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Perfect Golf\Courses.

Hope it helps...but I could be missing something else

Note that on a clean install/verify, there are 4 courses that don't show up in your carousel. One of them is the practice range used for the Practice option of the game. The other three are, well, a special case (see viewtopic.php?t=4515). You can replace these three with the versions from this site and then you'll be able to play them.

I'm getting real frustrated here.
I am extracting the folder and copying that folder to my courses folder. So I know that is right.
There are only 16 courses that show up when I try to play a solo game and none of them work.
I can Play the practice range tho
EVERY course that shows up on the screen which are only 16 of them comes up with the dialog in my 2nd post
This should not be that difficult.

did you shut the game down after putting the courses in the courses folder, and reboot the game
and see if you find them there now.
